I've live here in the Bungalows at north hills for 1/months and I can honestly say this is by far the worst management of an apartment complex or establishment I've dealt with in my years of military serviceThe management has very little people skills i've notice when it comes to certain nationalitiesThe security is not 100% foul proof, but the gates and fence are here to assist with security, if you report to the front office make sure it's in writing signed with the date you reported it, if you report by word of mouth to the front office it goes in one ear and out the other the fence has been tore up for over months in the north west corner of the apartment complex I reported by mouth to the front staff and still it has yet to be fixed I've monitored people crossing into the apartment complex from that tore down fence, an access gate was reported to them by mouth it took them over a year to fix that access gate and as of today it's still brokenI rushed into signing this lease bad moveTo all military this is a lesson learned I don't care how less of time you have we need to ensure we read before we sign or take a copy of the lease to jag or the housing office before we signI will be petitioning Fort Bliss Garrison Command, and the Housing Office to place these apartments on the black listI encourage all military to not rent from The Bungalows at North HillsI have to say the area is very nice, the maintenance team here is the greatest, but the management is horrible and I can't wait till this lease expirebut while I'm here I'm going to work hard to ensure that no more military personnel experience the foul treatment and attitude from the management team here
