I am rejecting this response because: I was going to close the case until I read your response Actually, the package was received days later that the delivery window and all I had asked for was a response from you - phone call or email I tried to reach your company more than times with zero responseOf course I was frustrated by the lack of customer service you provided I didn't ask for anything free; if UPS doesn't deliver within the noted window, they refund the shipping costsI either wanted the delivery within the window or for UPS to refund the shipping costsPeriodNothing more I strongly suggest you respond to customers who contact you in order to prevent issues from escalating beyond what is really necessary
