The Burrito Bar and Resturant

Review: I called the Restaurant to find out the wait time, they said about an hour. I decided to order the food out, waited about an hour.When I got to the restaurant, it was total chaos, It was full of people up to the door. There were security guards to make sure that there was order. They gave me an extra order that I did not order. The tacos that I order were not crispy any more and the rice was undercooked. I spoke to the manager and told him about my experience with the quality of his food, and that I pay alot for food tha I did not eat. I told him that had the food in the refrigerator, so that he can see that I was not lying. He did not want to see the food, but apologize and said he would give me $50 a gift certificate to go back to his restaurant. I did ask for my money back, but he did not agree to this. I really want my money back because, the food not eaten, I had to cook a meal for my 5 year old daughter. I could not give her under cook rice that would perhaps get her sick.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.
