Review: They are charging money to drop off packages that already have a prepaid shipping label. Any other package drop center I have been to never charges you money to drop off a package that has already been paid for. This seems illegal to me. The man working there isn't ringing you up in the register just taking the money. Next time I will ask for a receipt. Please let me know if they are allowed to charge me.Desired Settlement: That if it is illegal to charge for a package drop off with a prepaid label that this business is made to stop.
