The Butler Carpet Tile & Grout Cleaning

When they arrived, I told them I need to discuss the price for cleaning one room of carpet before they startThe person I dealt with (I soon found out he's the owner) quoted me a much higher price than expectedHe pointed to a part of the add for tile cleaning which said the price was for a minimum of sqft.I told him this was for carpet and that add said $with a room limitno sqftmentionedI told him I should only be paying $He then proceeded to argue with me and wouldn't let upWhen My husband and I asked him to leave, he became agitated and called me a "stupid ***" and kept on insulting me and told me to "live with my filthy carpet"We finally got him to leave and when we went into the bedroom, the other worker had already wet down the entire carpet! Needless to say, it was a horrible experience
