I received an advertisement from the Butler Did It in the Valpak coupon envelope I called them on 6/2/and spoke to Hunter regarding cleaning of a sofa and loveseat He quoted me $ I explained that the coupon identified $ Hunter explained that they have a $minimum I asked for a quote for two sets of sofa/loveseats Hunter quoted me $and I scheduled the work of the following Tuesday 6/7/ There was no mention of any additional charges which might apply
On 6/7/16, Steve arrived at my house and met my wife Steve identified that extra charges apply for the type of cushions and for ScotchGuard for a total of $plus tax
My wife declined the service Steve then charged her $for driving out and preparing the $estimate My wife paid the $with check
Their advertising is deceptive
