Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes, I was aware that the Cabinet Gallery did not have this item in stock What I was NOT aware of, and I stated this in the initial complaint, was their rigid, customer-unfriendly policy Since they are a designated retailer for [redacted] , I didn't think it would be an issue to return the items I ordered, regardless of the fact that the items were not in stock I WAS AT NO TIME TOLD OR GIVEN ANY INDICATION THAT THIS ORDER WOULD NOT BE RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE The Cabinet Gallery is hiding behind policies they fail to make plain to their customers I consider this fraudulent, and will be very vocal in my opinion about this company whenever the issue of home renovation arises Regards, [redacted] ***

Response taken by phone: Our contact states: All special order cabinetry and materials are non returnable and non refundable She was aware that we do not have this hardware in stock and it had to be ordered Therefore we cannot refund the amount of order
