The Cabinet Outlet

I was sold kitchen cabinets by Robert *** from CabOutlet. The sale took a few months to get right and the price kept changing. I decided to pay the $110.00 upfront to have Robert come to my house and measure to ensure I was getting the right cabinets and that they would fit my existing kitchen. I was told that this would be credited to my account once I ordered my cabinets from cabOutlet, which is was not. I paid the 6,000.00 upfront, which is what I was told I had to do in order for CabOutlet to order my cabinets.
When the cabinets were delivered, there were a number of problems.
1. 4-cabinets did not fit my wall, and the microwave cabinet was set up with drawers not a microwave as I paid for. All these cabinets had to be returned and either cut down to fit my space or I had to extend a wall so they were fit. After talking with my countertop contractor I was told it would be better to extend the wall than to cut 4 cabinets down.
2. The above fridge cabinet was 12" to short, had pre-existing holes drilled and had someone's name on the back. When I reported it to Robert he told me that I could get the right cabinet and have my microwave cabinet cut and other other 4 cabinets delivered but that I would have to pay another $220.00. I paid the money, but I told Robert that I need a touch up paint kit for both the Gray and white cabinets which was supposed to be sent to me. There were so many cabinets that had small spots that I was willing to repair myself. He told me no problem.
3.When the cabinets were brought back the microwave cabinet was still not cut with and the opening was too big to fit my microwave plus it had damaged paint areas. At this point I just told them again send me the paint and I will fix it.
I4. During this ordeal I tried calling the the owner a number of times and finally was told he was in the hospital and that Robert had been fired. I talked with warehouse workers and told them that I was short 3 filler strips, 2 pieces of scribe moulding and the the two paint repair kit.
