I have been doing business with The Plumbing Authority for about years nowEVERY time I\'ve put in a call to Bryan for problems dealing with hose to bibs to bad water supply line fittings, Bryan has ALWAYS gone out of his way to make a quality and professional repairBryan also STANDS BEHIND his parts and labor! Three months after having a leaking hose bib replaced on my home, the housing cracked after this winter\'s first freezesA quick call to Bryan and the part was replaced AT NO COST to meOn Wednesday, February 16, the water department showed up to read the meter and it was indicating a SEVERE LEAK on the home side of the meterAfter digging up the ground where the water was percolating, I discovered bad \"shark teeth\" fittings from a previous repair, (NOT by The Plumbing Authority)On the coldest day of this winter, I called Bryan and explained the problemWithin a timely manner the defect was repaired with a QUALITY and PROFESSIONAL fix! Thank you Bryan and your professionals at The Plumbing Authority for saving my wife and I the cost of a motel bill we would have incurred if it had not been for YOU!!

We were having some very serious hot water pressure problems for about a month and after we placed a telephone call to the Plumbing Authority in Knoxville,TN and talked with Bryan Dotson, he came to the house to rid our hot water tank of limb and dirt buildup several times in the months time it was suggested that we would need to have our water lines completely replaced through out the entire house and so a schedule was set and Bryan and an assistant came to completely replace our water lines This was a big undertaking and it was done in a very timely fashion and we were never without water for longer than about hours during the entire process of about one and a half days Not only were our water lines replaced, our water heater was replaced and a filter system was installed Bryan and his associate were more than willing to answer any questions we had regarding the process and they also filled up any holes that had been made and left exposed when the house was built in He explained to us how to check the newly installed filter system so that we would know what to look for when we might loss water pressure in the future We had a wonderful experience with the Plumbing Authority and would recommend them to family and friends without any hesitation on our part to do so Bryan and his crew were great to work with Would certainly use them again if need to
