Tell us why here..In response to the complaint submitted on 9/20/to which you have assigned ID [redacted] , the following is our response[redacted] received a complaint from the same individual and they researched the matter and found Jamison’s Towing not to be responsible for the depleted battery. Our driver did in fact make an incorrect turn which caused the trip to be longer, however, he deducted the extra mileage from the tow Our company does not permit our drivers to speak on the phone while driving and the driver has received a warning notice regarding the fact that he did during the tow Regarding the lights blinking during the right home, a fully charged battery/or a battery in reasonably good condition would not deplete or need to be replaced as a result of having the lights blinking for this period of time It is our stance, as well as ***s, that the battery had significant wear on it and was not damage during the tow.In order to be a [redacted] provider, we are required to meet their rigorous standards If we are unable to do so, they would terminate our contract with them I believe the fact that [redacted] found us to have no fault in this matter backs up our stance

We are sorry our response was rejected We do, however, stand by our earlier response

Our owner, Francis "Shorty" S*** is dealing with the customer directly. They spoke last week and will continue to communicate until the matter is resolved

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]

Revdex.comRe: ID ***Customer: *** *** *** ** *** ***., Phila., PA *** ***, upon receipt of the above reference complaint, our owner called *** *** on January 31, 2018.*** *** explained we were instructed by the Philadelphia Police Department to remove the
vehicle as is shown by the attached documents. The Abandoned Vehicle Report issued by the Philadelphia Police Department states the vehicle has three flat tires and expired inspection. We did NOT strip his vehicle for parts/profit. His vehicle remains intact and is able to be reclaimed. Our owner provided him with the reclaim cost information, which increases daily, and as of today the vehicle has not been reclaimed. The police either grade abandoned vehicles as “value” or “junk”. In this case, they valued it has “junk”. *** *** explained to *** *** that it would be in his best interest to reclaim the vehicle quickly to avoid additional charges and the vehicle being ultimately scrapped

We are sorry our response was rejected.  We do, however, stand by our earlier response.
