I am rejecting this response because: MetroGutter has not even attempted to offer any type of alternate narrative or explanation in response to my true/factual narrative description of its repeatedly unprofessional behavior. Although MetroGutter demands "that any invoice that remains unpaid 30 days after invoicing will be subject to compound interst at 2.0% per month", the company has offered absolutely no reciprocal interest/relief (or any type of apology) after retaining my deposit of $1437.50 for more than 4.5 months before unilateral cancellation, without even bothering to notify me. On the morning this job was supposed to start (when I learned that MG had cancelled without even bothering to tell me), I was told that the company owner would call me back, which he never did. Unfortunately, the company owner can/will not fire himself.

Hello,The damage on the downspout which my field manager went back to look at it suggested damage from transport before installation. The damage did not appear like damage from a ladder or from falling down while cleaning gutters. We simply felt we did not damage it. I am happy to refund the $140 gutter clean charge if that would appease the customer.Kent
