The Cakery at King Farm

Review: On January 19th I called [redacted] at The Cakery at King Farm to order 4 cakes for a baby shower. [redacted] said he could make 4 round cakes to look like buttons to be used at center pieces and served at the shower. We finalized cake flavors and icing colors. I gave [redacted] my bank card information over the phone and was charged $148.40.[redacted] said I could pick-up the cakes at 10am on Saturday January 26th. I confirmed that I would be at the store at 10am to pick-up the cakes because I had to be at the shower by 11am.On January 26th I arrived at The Cakery at 10:05am. No lights were on at the store and the door was locked. I waited a few minutes and when there was no activity, I called the store at 10:14am, no one answered, I left a message with my name and phone number and asked for a call telling me when I could pick-up my cakes.I stayed near The Cakery until 10:50am. I knocked on the door, no one answered, there was no movement inside, I called again and no one answered. The store hours are not posted.At 10:50am I left to buy cakes at another store. I kept my cell phone on; I never received a call from The Cakery. I arrived at the shower I was hosting 1 hour late.After the party I called The Cakery at 4:33pm. I spoke with [redacted], he said he didnt know why the store didnt open in the morning, he took my bank card information and said he would process the return and mail me a receipt. The return has never been credited to my bank account and I never received a receipt of the return.I have gone into The Cakery 4 times since January 26th. [redacted] has never been there. Once the teen working took a message for [redacted]. Once a woman called [redacted] and he told her he had processed the return, that he would check with the bank and call me. I have still not heard from [redacted] since January 26th and have not been credited $148.40 from The Cakery.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $148.40.
