I am not sure what the point is regarding my “time line dates”. I wrote the Revdex.com because I distrust
the
California Wine Club, and its advertisements I became concerned when the California Wine
Club FedEx information in my e-mail disappeared during the supposedly time
of my Day Air Delivery and suddenly reappearing the day of my wine
deliveryI distrust the California Wine Club because a few days later after I
received my wine delivery from them , they sent me an e-mail
advertising a “Hour Delivery Special” on all future orders
for $1.00? I was saving that advertisement in my e-mail
to send to the Revdex.com but the information has disappeared from my
e-mail as well
Please be advised when I first joined and ordered
from California Wine, I received my order on a Saturday. If the
California Wine Clue wanted to make sure of my delivery, they would have
made every effort to have it delivered to me even if it was on Saturday (which
would have been in the Day Air Delivery time frame). California Wine Club has different delivery time frames such as Ground Service, Day Air, Day Air. I choose the one that they advertised "Day Air"
I am satisfied that I will receive a $refund from the California
Wine Club, but I am really concern about the information that pertained to the California Wine Club is missing. If the California Wine Club is deleting information in my e-mail without my approval is it legal?

Review: I PUT A TEMPORARY HOLD ON THIS CLUB MEMBERSHIP.WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEM THIS THEY SAID IT WOULD BE FINE AND I WOULD CALL TO RESUME MEMBERSHIP.HOWEVER THEY ARE BILLING ME ON MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT BE GIVING THEM THE OKAY.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THIS AMOUNT OF 85.00 REMOVE FROM MY CREDIT CARD. Review: I would like to file a complaint against the California Wine Club because I requested and paid money for a 2day Air Shipment, but I will not receive it until 4 days later. When I first joined this club, my shipment arrived on a Saturday, way before the delivery deadline. On my reorder of 6 wines, I was expecting my order to arrive on a Saturday. but FedEx informed me unless the shipper request a Saturday delivery, a package will not be delivered for a 2Day Air Shipment. When I entered the tracking number that was entered into my account by California Wines, FedEx could not find it.I have emailed CAW.Once about my late delivery and about their tracking number. To date, they have not responded. When I joined CWC, I received voice mails from staff welcoming me to the club and their agreement to change my monthly delivery, but they have not respond to any of my emails about the late delivery date. Today, I received an email from Fed Ex informing me that my 2 day air shipment will not be delivered until next Tuesday (04/26/140 before 8:00 p.m. I am frustrated because I had plans this week-end that included sharing those wines.
