Without going into detail, the customer has had two incidents with staff members Due to the nature of these incidents, it was decided by management to terminate his lease, as is our legal right per his signed lease agreement Our company maintains that this decision was made for the sole purpose of the safety and security of our staff Because the customer is upset about our decision, and has not responded since being served with the termination in May 2017, he is attempting avenues to have our decision reversed All facts were discussed at the highest level within the organization, by both male and female administrators, and are final To ease the inconvenience, and in the interest of all parties, our attorneys contacted the tenant with an offer to pay for his moving costs once he locates another unit and provides contact information for the moving company of his choice We are not entertaining any other options but to have this lease terminated
