I am rejecting this response because: The business has not reached out to me as of yet, I did sign a consent for services and after 6 months I did not feel that this therapy was working in my favor. I actively tried for 6 months to gain coping skills which was what I needed and never received, this is why I am asking for a credit for half of my bill. I have made payments, but feel I should not have to pay all of it since I did not get what I needed out of this therapy. I need to find a counselor that can help me acquire the coping skills I need.
