manager states that he was introduced to two younger people in his building during the initial showing. Disputes among tenants for loud music and disturbances are a civil matter and we encourage the tenants to file police reports. Unless we experience the actual disturbance it is difficult for us to act because it could be based on some dislike for that particular tenant. Additionally, at the time of the complaint one of our maintenance men lived directly across the hall from him. Our maintenance man had never reported any issues at that address. We certainly check the parking lot timer for the lights. There is a possibility the timer needs adjusted. Until this complaint he has never reported any issues with the outside lighting thus he didn't give us any time to address the issue. We have one space at the property that is accessible by a ramp next to the sidewalk. [redacted] could have made a request for reasonable accommodations with a doctor's prescription and we would have granted his request for accessible parking. He made no request for this. We asked [redacted] to make a formal request to be released from his lease. He asked [redacted]g and had them request a formal release and we granted the release.
