We are a Merchant seller on [redacted] and there was an item we listed on [redacted]. Items are listed in the backend via product UPC code. The UPC we provided [redacted] was for 1 Microphone, however, [redacted] has erroneously listed the product and price (of 1) under the same product in a kit of 3....

Therefore, the customer saw on the listing description stated 3pc Kit. When the order came in, we contacted the customer and told him of the [redacted] listing error. However, he did not want to hear of it. We offered him 3 for a better price, but he was not there to negotiate. We contacted [redacted] and they agreed it was their error and as per [redacted] they informed us that the customer has to Agree to Terms & Condition at the time of checkout. In those terms and Condition, [redacted] clearly states that they are NOT responsible for any price error and they do not have to grant any price error. Therefore, as per our [redacted] Seller Rep we were informed that we can just cancel the order. However, we still wanted to give the customer a great deal and offered him our cost price on the 3kit or the 1pc. Unfortunately, the customer did not want to have a conversation about this. This is unfortunate, but our offer to the customer is still open. Thank you .

Hi, Please note that the customer purchased the Dobby drone ONLY. The [redacted] listing from where he purchased did not mention any kit or extra accessories (customer agrees to this).We did have another listing that the customer saw after receiving his item, where we offered a free battery and...

propeller. Customer contacted us if he can get those free items even though he didnt purchase from that listing.As a courtesy, we agreed and mailed him the free items (value of $95.00). Unfortunately, the packaging was torn open during transit and the battery either fell out or stolen (not uncommon by [redacted]). We informed the buyer that we can not send him the free items a second time; however, we can open an investigation and case with [redacted]. Again, the items the buyer is claiming for was sent to him as a courtesy and was NOT listed anywhere on the page where he bought his drone from. We greatly apologized that the package was torn in transit (as the buyer sent us a pic of the packaging and it was torn and retaped). If the purchase wouldve been on the listing where it offered the xtra battery there, then we wouldve sent him a new one.  We are still working with the claim with [redacted] and if [redacted] will refund us for the loss of item then we'll ship him a new battery.

Review: I purchased the Panasonic model #DMC-TZ30. Upon receiving the camera today, I was trying to purchase a backup battery for the camera. The battery is nowhere to be found at any local store or website. I thought this was odd. I called Panasonic support number and they told me that you cannot find a comparible battery because it is a UNITED KINGDOM model camera. They asked me where I purchased it. I said BROOKLYN, NY. Nowhere on the camera advertisement did it say the camera was a UK model. Had I known that I would not have purchased it. I have read the warranty paper and the warranty will not be honored because it was not purchased in a European country!Desired Settlement: I do not want to have to pay for shipping it back which is a stipulation on the website. I would lkie a full refund and for shipping it back.Thank you.
