Hi, Please note that the customer purchased the Dobby drone ONLYThe [redacted] listing from where he purchased did not mention any kit or extra accessories (customer agrees to this).We did have another listing that the customer saw after receiving his item, where we offered a free battery and propellerCustomer contacted us if he can get those free items even though he didnt purchase from that listing.As a courtesy, we agreed and mailed him the free items (value of $95.00)Unfortunately, the packaging was torn open during transit and the battery either fell out or stolen (not uncommon by ***)We informed the buyer that we can not send him the free items a second time; however, we can open an investigation and case with ***Again, the items the buyer is claiming for was sent to him as a courtesy and was NOT listed anywhere on the page where he bought his drone fromWe greatly apologized that the package was torn in transit (as the buyer sent us a pic of the packaging and it was torn and retaped)If the purchase wouldve been on the listing where it offered the xtra battery there, then we wouldve sent him a new one We are still working with the claim with [redacted] and if [redacted] will refund us for the loss of item then we'll ship him a new battery
