paid a deposit of $(See copy of contract dated 8/30/16) The customer
complained her knee hurt, I let her know that this is
common considering she is
extremely over weightShe wanted to have a doctor check her out and of course
I agreed but I let her know there is no reason for her to completely stop
working out and that we would modify her work outs until she was cleared by the
doctor, our program also has a very detailed nutritional program that I let her
know was the true weight loss program and that she would need to stay on track
with the meal plan.I let her know that if the doctor
said she was unable to work out due to an injury that I would freeze her
account until she was cleared from the doctor but I would not freeze the
account until the doctor stated she had an injury that would prevent her from
working outShe was contractually obligated to stay with the program.*** *** completely stopped her
program, we did not hear from her, she did not stay to the nutritional plan,
nor come to the camp to work outThis is in direct conflict of her contract
(see copy of the 6-week challenge contract).*** *** did bring us a copy of
her MRI results and as suspected there was no damage at all, no injury as a
matter of fact the doctor recommended she be on the type of program we offer
(see enclosed doctor results).You see our
program deals with obese people that are not use to working out and having
soreness is not a justifiable reason to quite that is why we have the deposit
($497.00) to keep them motivated and keep them accountable and not to just
quite when they feel painWe do however encourage consistent communication
with us and our certified trainers of all soreness and injury and always
suggest they get check out by their doctor whenever they feel in necessary.*** ***

In response to the ID#[redacted] There is no FEE for Transformation Camp 6-week challenge, there is a 100% refundable deposit due if the customers elect to do the challenge. Upon successfully completing the challenge the challenger is refunded the complete deposit of $497.00 or they may elect to put...

the deposit towards a membership at which point there would be a monthly fee. (month to month membership) We have hundreds of people join every 6 weeks, tens of thousands of challengers across the country that have received the deposit back and changed their lives, we are a national program changing and saving life's. It is too bad she could not see the value and understand that the 1 hour she spent in learning about one of the most successful programs in health and weight loss is not a waste of her time... The purpose of the orientation is to give a detailed understanding of how the challenge works so all that choose to become a part of the challenge understand it clearly and have all the details. We cover the challenge agreement verbally with all the challengers so that they can have the opportunity to ask any question and make an educated decision with all the facts. (WE HIDE NOTHING) Full disclosure. Every challenger that chooses to do the challenge knows all the rules and is given a copy of the agreement. They all have the free will choice to join or decline.
