The Camp Transformation Center

I had surgery on my chest ….
All I was doing was working out. The wife had problems emailing the camp Transpertation center so I cc: myself and submitted it in as proof. The wife is having knee surgery and has been having problems with her knee for the past two months this and yet she is still being billed. The GM seems very aggressive and over powering and has a really short temper. He can take things in the wrong way. He chooses to see things in his own way by reading an email I sent him instead of clarifying with communication works so we can clear things up. Instead he rather cancel my membership and not my wife’s. I honored the cancellation so I won’t be around an negative environment when I work out. The manager needs to take a course of customer service and he must understand the customers situation. I have shown medical documents on my behalf for my absent. I try to reach out to the owner for some help and to calm the GM down but the GM states he can’t give it out. I felt helpless.
