We booked an 11 day cruise with them in July 2016. In September, I tried to contact the rebate department several times , leaving several messages, but NO ONE had the courtesy to return my calls. It is now November and I have sent them a letter requesting our rebate and cancelling our membership. We are very disappointed in the conduct of this company. As a customer, you put your faith into the company you are dealing with.

We were invited to Georgian Manor to hear about new things "about our Membership"--and a free night. We had booked 4 days as a special in the summer, anyway, so agreed to a time and date while we were there.

CDN Discount Network said that they could help us get out of our timeshare. [redacted] has been going downhill for several years and not expanding like they promised when we joined. They also said that when we joined POINTS, that our membership for a 50 year term meant that it would go into our estate and that our kids would have to continue paying the almost $400/year fee and that it would be going up regularly. (I have reason to believe that is not true now).

Through [redacted] we have used Extra Vacations and "Specials" to vacation in Florida, South and North Carolina, etc.--in especially November and April. They let us to believe that they would be able to get deals and discounts not only through [redacted], but ** and other Travel Clubs. They said that their site contained only about 30% or the discount deals they were able to access for us with their membership.

After we signed up we were supposed to have access to their web site within 72 hours--did not happen. We had to call. Our time was running out of being able to cancel our membership and we were driving home and not able to look at their site to check prices and discounts.

When [redacted] came out with specials to Fort Lauderdale in Sept., I contacted CDN Network to find me their best price for Misner Place in November for 2 weeks.
They quoted me the same price as I found on [redacted] without looking at other places!!! We were used to paying about $300 to $500 for a week with [redacted]. They were quoting over $2,000 per week in November--no options or any other suggestions. Originally they said we would get a minimum 10% discount off whatever we were quoted and and 10% discount when we returned. There was no discount off the top and a promise of less than 10% when we returned! They stressed "Lowest Price Guaranteed).

We paid $12,575 to release our Time Share and join this Travel Club instead.
I am not pleased with their discounts for travel and I could search better rates on line. They did offer a better "back end" discount when I complained to them--but no other suggestions for that time period or location.
