A refund has been issued 9/4/on this order - product was returned to us due to a bad address given by the customer

This customer was refunded all monies in full. She had ordered chocolate items with no ice packs and no expedited shipping as suggested on our website. We sent her emails and phone calls trying to explain that the items would melt and that we would not be responsible for melted goods as also...

The order has been refunded unfortunately the order was tied up because it was flagged as a possible fraudulent order.The records we show is that 2 emails were sent to the customer asking her to verify that she was in fact in possession of the card but there was no response.Regardless the order has...

been cancelled and the refund issued. It should take approx 3-5 business days for the refund to show on her account depending on her bank.

This order has already been cancelled and the money has already been refunded to this customer as of 1/7/2018. We have resent the cancellation notice to the customer on 1/11/2018 he must have not received it.
