The essence of this complaint is based upon incomplete informationThe day that this person requested a reservation we received a call from another inn at which this individual had recently stayed (Sunday, January 15)The innkeeper reported to the police that this individual and her boyfriend had stolen items from the inn.? There is a police report on this incident because the police recovered some of the stolen items from their carIt was based on this information that we refused lodging to this couple for the night of January 17, The woman called [redacted] three times that night, each time [redacted] refused her reservationOn the third call the woman threatened [redacted] At this point [redacted] called the police and asked them to check our premises, which they did periodically throughout the eveningAdditionally, [redacted] secured the entry doors to the inn.?
