The car was a lemon it only worked for two weeks before breajing down it was under warranty at the time however the sale person took the lemon car back after making a statement I could keep the car until it was repaired the sale person took 2500.00 and a trade in car for the down payment on the lemon car and this issues have caused me mental problems and more health issue not able to breath and want to take my own life
The customer who filed the complaint only put $1500 down not $2500.
She did call and tell us that the vehicle had mechanical issues. *** the manager at the time did speak to her on 9/5/17. She offered to get it fixed herself. She did not make one payment after she bought it. Kris gave her until 10/1/17 to pick back up on the payments. We did not repo it until 10/23/2017 after numerous attempts to call her but we no longer had a working number for her, She did not make her 8/31, 9/15, 9/30, 10/15,10/23 payments.

Through this letter I would like to re-open my complaint against The Car Barn Auto because I had a warranty on the car he fraud and repoed.

Her name is no where on the warranty letter. That is not a warranty from us that is a factory warranty. She had no warranty from us. If she had her own warranty outside of us then she could have used it to get the car fixed which she did not
