I just paid 1100$ to make the vehicle safe and drivable. The vehicle didn't even make it home. These guys told me while I was there that they scammed me and to get over it. There religion tells them they can steal all they want. They think they have a deal with Jesus to steal and Jesus is ok with it. They cleared check engine codes and did things to make the vehicle seem ok for the test drive. What they did was fraud, but there is no way to prove it. That is right from there mouth. No cops were called they completely made that part up! These people are pure evil! Karma will find them someday I just hope I'm there to see it!

On February 28, 2014 I purchased a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Car Center. I started having mechanical issues with the Jeep by the following morning. A short while later I ordered a Carfax report and learned that the Jeep had a rebuilt title. The Car Center had fraudulently sold me the Jeep without disclosing this on any of the paperwork, in writing, or verbally to me. I attempted to get my trade in back and was told it was not running. After several 100 mile trips into Spokane, and being jerked around with being able to get a different vehicle, they reduced the price of the Jeep by 700 bucks. This is a business that commits fraud in its sales of vehicles, and while this happened last year I am going to pursue action against them at the state level. Has anyone else been sold a vehicle with a rebuilt title and were not informed of it? Or any another type of title?

Review: On 10/5/15 I went to The Car Center to purchase a car to buy,I explained to [redacted] how my credit wasnt good and how I filed a chapter 13.He said know problem I can get you approved .Which he did,I have all paper work.[redacted] said he needed a statement from my attorney that did my chapter 13 saying I would not be putting the 2003 kia on my chapter 13,that was emailed and faxed to the car center as well.So as days go by [redacted] calls again saying that he needed a statement from the chapter 13 judge saying I would not be putting car on my chapter 13.I then told him he would have to call my attorney and talk to him.[redacted] told me and my attorney that if he didnt get the information by 11/05/15 he would come and get the car.I along with my attorney told [redacted] that a chapter 13 takes some time to get.On 11/3/15 I recieved a call from [redacted] asking if my attorney is getting the information,I told him yes,he should have it by the 5th of Nov 2015.[redacted] said if not he would come get the car,I then proceed to tell him that after this I would never do bussiness with them again,[redacted] then said...Bring the car back now,I want the car if your not wanting to ever do business with us again.Next thing there is two men at my door ready to tow car away from my house.I gave 1000.00 dollars down and had a payment book from Credit Acceptance due 11/05/15. I am just devastated about how they run a business and how they treat there customers.and then also take them for 1000.00....Please help me. Not did I just put 1000 down ,oil change,new wipers front and back car seat covers/mats,Thermostat,window shades,gas,insurance.

Review: I purchased a 2003 Dodge Neon from the car center on 9/28/14 for a total of just over $2700 cash. The car broke down on 11/24/14(the timing belt and head went out and is going to cost $1500+ to fix it. Also I still have not received the title to the vehicle. I have called/ emailed the company a few times and each time I get "I have nothing to do with that, contact the licensing or DMV." 2 weeks ago I called the car center and I was told "Oh we have the title here, I will mail it to you" we confirmed my mailing address. I went to [redacted] and they told me the car is not even in my name.Desired Settlement: The car should not have broke down already, I would like the car center to help pay for the repair. Also I want the title for the vehicle.

This was by far the worst car lot I have ever heard of. The guy flipped out on me when I pulled up Kelley blue book and started telling him everything I saw that was wrong. I was trying to help my lil sister get a car. Then things got ugly and he started calling me names. When I asked for his name so I could report him he told me his name is "[redacted] in my mouth" then proceeded to tell me " to get my fat [redacted] off his property" telling my sister she would have to go back alone to get a car. She knows nothing about cars. I am completely shocked and disgusted with the way I was treated. I did nothing wrong in pointing out the facts about what was wrong with the car and therefore the price.
