West Texas Fence Staining stopped by our new home wanting to stain our fence. They told me it was guaranteed when I called back about the fence fading after 3 months Chris told me he would come by the next day and I never heard back from him. I tired to txt him and got no answer.
West Texas staining company is horrible about calling the person back. The owner will you you a text stating when he will be there and won't show. I had to call and call about coming to finish the touch ups that neede to be done. I WILL NOT recommend this company to anyone. They have terrible customer service and the owner is not even concerned about if he called you back or came by at the time he should have came by. No sorry or apology at all.
