[redacted] does not have the computer available. Nor any of the places that we would usually get the computer from. One option would be to keep ordering used computers until we were able to find a good one, or for you to trade the car in. We informed you, [redacted], and your father that this was not going to be an easy task but we were willing to help with the situation. Your father asked us to order a computer off of [redacted] Once we received the computer it was sent to the programmer and determined it to be a bad computer. We let you know the outcome and at that time you asked if it was possible to trade the car in, I responded “yes” and assured you we would give you the best possible deal, including top dollar for the trade. You told me you would have your father call me the next day to discuss this. I drove from [redacted] to [redacted] to buy a car here, I called [redacted] about a car I saw on his site that I was interested in, When I arrived the car was shinning inside and out. It is not often one can say buying a car was a pleasurable experience, so I would like to go on record to commend [redacted] and his staff for friendly excellent service above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family and can with out a doubt say it was worth the 110 mile trip.
