this late response is due to the Revdex.com not having our correct info for us to receive info on complaints , I recall this customer had ran over something that did damage under the motor , the skid plate was missing and it was leaking out oil , so the best we could tell in our shop was the motor leaked all the oil out , we always try and help out after the sale , I'm not 100% sure why we didn't fix this car for the customer , we get busy in our shop like many other shops so sometimes we cant drop the other work were are doing and get right on the new repairs

They are awesome! I had to pick my boss up at their business one day and I asked him are they good and he said YES! Well, my brake line went and I called and left a message on their answering machine and yes they called back! Fixed my car in hours and did not charge me an arm and a legI found a new mechanic

I'm sorry about the delay on the check , I was on vacation and Debbie my office girl waited tell I came back , she told the customer she would use a tracking number but then just put the check in the mail without the tracking number , ive talked to her about this issue and I'm sure this wont happen
again , again I'm sorry for the delay

Upon receiving a recommendation from the dealer I took my car to *** *** where they found the car to be extremely low on oilIf fluids were properly put in the vehicle it would have not be in that condition within daysAfter I made the dealer aware of the mechanics findings, they refused to give me my permanent tagsThe dealer st down operations on the day my tags expired (which was 7/23/2017) , and did not return until the 1st of AugustLastly, dealer falsely advertised this vehicle, no buyers guide was given nor signed by me, and I was denied repeatedly by the dealer the chance to look sat other vehicles before purchasing the *** *** ***--- this is called seller intimidation

was bought "As Is" with a 3rd party service contract. Her complaint states that the engine had no oil in car at time of sale. She drove the car over 2000 miles and over 30 days before the problem arose. Furthermore if the car had no oil in it then the 3rd party service contract would have denied the claim but they did not. We explained in detail the difference between a service contract and a warranty which she does not have. we sold this hhr on 7-1-16 to [redacted] and [redacted] around November they had it towed in , the vehicle had no oil in it , we diagnosed the vehicle for free , from running it out of oil it ruined the engine , we told the customer we could help them replace the motor at our wholesale cost , that was about...

800.00 , the customer didn't have the money to fix the car so we helped them get the financing company they used to purchase the car to give them an extended loan for the repair ,, customer didn't want to do that , when they purchased the vehicle they were offered a service plan that would cover the repairs needed , they declined this option , its very hard to guarantee a 188,000 mile car for oil usage , simply checking the oil from time to time could of easily prevented this repair , we would still be happy to help this customer with there repair at wholesale prices ,

I am rejecting this response because:They did not diagnose the car, they did not help us getting any loan extension and we were never offered any service plan.Every time we call we got the runaround just trying to get any information on the car.While our car sat in their parking lot, the weather got through the undisclosed sunroof leak which made the inside moldy along with our $200 Baby Car seat. When I found a mechanic who knew how to communicate and understood our problem, he was more the happy to help us.I called in advance to the car connection to have my car ready to be towed out. They agreed. However, when we got there they complained about the tow truck being an eyesore in front of the store and to get it out of there. my mechanic asked where the car was parked,, and they car connection gave him the runaround! So I physically walked to the back of the building to the back lot and spotted my car on my own. They just stood there offering no help, not communicating except to berate the Mechanic who was there just to help me.

I cant argue the fact that the vehicle you purchased with nearly 200k miles on it was using oil , this vehicle was traded in to us and we checked it in the shop and made sure it was safe and drivability was good , theres no way to foresee oil consumption , we always try our best to help our customers out with repairs after the sell ,, cars always have mechanical breakdowns , that's the nature of used parts , I really don't know what more to say about this situation , but I do know we tried to help out after the sale , its apparent we couldn't come to a reasonable agreement ,
