Without a doubt the most honest, knowledgeable mechanic I've ever dealt withI'm a fair shade tree mechanic and do most of the maintenance and repair on my family's six vehicles myself, but when I run into something I'm not comfortable tackling, I take it to [redacted] Today he solved and repaired an emissions problem on my son's Nissan The previous owner had attempted to have this problem repaired at the local dealership and two different mechanics and the problem was still not solved [redacted] fixed the issue and gave me a detailed explanation of how he fixed it, something this "shade tree mechanic" really appreciates The price for the repair was extremely reasonable, Last December I took my baby, my Toyota Landcruiser with 300,miles to [redacted] to repair a couple of oil leaks, in preparation for my trip to the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, I also asked him to inspect "Festus" for any problem that might ruin my trip He found a small hole in the radiator neck which would probably have failed and left me and my kids stranded on the side of the road somewhere between Nashville and New Orleans He replaced the radiator Several weeks later noticed a small leak at the top of the new radiator and took it back to [redacted] It was a manufacturers defect and [redacted] installed a replacement at no cost to meA few weeks later the second radiator began to leak for the same reason and [redacted] again replaced it, this time with a Toyota radiatorAll I paid was the difference in cost of the defective generic radiator and the OEM radiatorHe stands behind his work [redacted] is my mechanic now, he should be yours too

I recently had an issue with my Infiniti QXfor which no diagnosis code(s) were given when tested Since The Car Doctor has worked on my vehicles for the past several years, I was no stranger to the owner's wealth of knowledge about engines and associated systems His ability to interpret & fully understand the readings being returned from the diagnostics impressed me more than usual because not only did many variables present themselves as being a possible source of the problem, many did not hold up when put through his well thought out system of checks & balances He therefore began the repair process with what he believed to be the most likely cause and thoroughly (stressed) tested his assessment not only at the business but by actually putting himself behind the wheel for one day to ensure the accuracy of his assessment before calling to give me the results and cost of repair, which was very (again stressed) reasonable Being the proactive person that I am, I then asked him to check for other issues that may exist and of which I was unaware before they presented themselves by leaving me stranded along the road and to also winterize my vehicle (which he does for me each year in Oct/Nov) Sounds like I left him an open ticket, right? If said to most mechanics in my past, yes Not so with the owner of this establishment I received nothing short of the truth I'm a firm believer that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and have no doubt he saved me from some added stress & misery down the road when I would have literally been stranded on it The cost? Again, very reasonable Although no one can guarantee a vehicle won't leave you stranded, even if it's brand new, I travel with less anxiety knowing my vehicle has been inspected & repaired by, whom I believe to be, the best person possible And I didn't have to take out a second mortgage for the peace of mind! Thanks to everyone at The Car Doctor for their knowledgeable, courteous and professional service You all are without a doubt THE BEST!!!

I recently had an issue with my Infiniti QX4 for which no diagnosis code(s) were given when tested. Since The Car Doctor has worked on my vehicles for the past several years, I was no stranger to the owner's wealth of knowledge about engines and associated systems. His ability to interpret & fully understand the readings being returned from the diagnostics impressed me more than usual because not only did many variables present themselves as being a possible source of the problem, many did not hold up when put through his well thought out system of checks & balances. Being the proactive person that I am, I then asked him to check for other issues that may exist and of which I was unaware before they presented themselves by leaving me stranded along the road and to also winterize my vehicle (which he does for me each year in Oct/Nov). Sounds like I left him an open ticket, right? If said to most mechanics in my past, yes. Not so with the owner of this establishment. I received nothing short of the truth. Without a doubt the most honest, knowledgeable mechanic I've ever dealt with. I'm a fair shade tree mechanic and do most of the maintenance and repair on my family's six vehicles myself, but when I run into something I'm not comfortable tackling, I take it to [redacted]. Today he solved and repaired an emissions problem on my son's 2003 Nissan. The previous owner had attempted to have this problem repaired at the local dealership and two different mechanics and the problem was still not solved. [redacted] fixed the issue and gave me a detailed explanation of how he fixed it, something this "shade tree mechanic" really appreciates. The price for the repair was extremely reasonable, Last December I took my baby, my 1995 Toyota Landcruiser with 300,000 miles to [redacted] to repair a couple of oil leaks, in preparation for my trip to the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, I also asked him to inspect "Festus" for any problem that might ruin my trip. He found a small hole in the radiator neck which would probably have failed and left me and my kids stranded on the side of the road somewhere between Nashville and New Orleans. He replaced the radiator. Several weeks later noticed a small leak at the top of the new radiator and took it back to [redacted]. It was a manufacturers defect and [redacted] installed a replacement at no cost to me. A few weeks later the second radiator began to leak for the same reason and [redacted] again replaced it, this time with a Toyota radiator. All I paid was the difference in cost of the defective generic radiator and the OEM radiator. He stands behind his work. [redacted] is my mechanic now, he should be yours too.

I have been going to the Car Doctor for many years now and [redacted](the Owner) has always done a great job on my Mazda Miata,He is honest-up front-reasonableand will tell you exactly what is wrong with you car and will let you know what it will cost for you will not have any unexplained or hidden costs.I like his honesty and if he is ever wrong he will be the first to admit itSo I recommend anyone whom wants there car worked on to go to the car doctor as they do know what they are doing and they will do it RIGHT the first timeThank You.
