Review: I Bought the car from this firm, I was promised that the inside front panel will be fixed. They/He promised that he will install the panel. The air panel will allow driver to close the outside air to avoid dirty air to pure inside. But once I paid him, he seems to have no cares what so ever....! As I call and he will never response, it's been close to two months and I never hear from him. I've tried numerous times to call him, left a message, but no answer. Only a couple of times during this past two months I was able to reach him, I think he picked up my phone by accident otherwise he probably ignored me again. He always says he ordered the part, but it has not yet arrived.....!! A total lie.....I am very upset with this company and how he run's the business by lying to people....Please help.Thanks;[redacted]Desired Settlement: To take back the car, pay the exact amont I paid him.

Review: After purchasing a [redacted] from The Car Firm LLC on the 10th of October 2014, I started hearing a noise in the engine every time I start the car. The noise began the same day I purchased the vehicle, which a friend of mine can confirm. About three days after the purchase, the check engine light turned on. I took it back to the car dealer, who in turn took me to his mechanic. The mechanic diagnosed that there was an engine misfire by cylinder two, that is probably due to a faulty spark plug. After replacing the spark plugs, a few days later, the check engine light turned on again. After getting instructions from the dealer to return to his mechanic for a diagnosis, the mechanic looked at the vehicle and told me that it might be the coil, the piston, or a series of possible faulty parts. I then decided to take the car to another mechanic who showed me that after doing a "Leak-down test" that there was water in the engine; after which, I took the car to the dealer to resolve the issue. The dealer's mechanic informed me that a new engine is needed. on the 14th of November 2014, I went to the dealer, who signed a paper stating that he will pay half of the cost to replace the engine which amounted to $1025, to be paid to me in two installments of $525 at the end of the month, and the remaining $500 the month after. I subsequently took the vehicle to the dealer's mechanic who then replaced the engine for which I paid the whole amount of $2050. what ensued afterwards, is a series of calls from me to the dealer in order to collect the $1025 he owed me, only to either get a voice-mail box, or to get some form of "I don't have the money right now, but will very soon" as an answer. At one point toward the end of January 2015, after making my regular call to the dealer to collect the money, the dealer informs me that his son bought some cars at an auction, and that he will pay me as soon as he sells a couple of them. realizing that the dealer had the money to pay me, but rather went on to buy more cars at an auction, I informed the dealer that I will file for small claim court, and the Revdex.com if I don't get my money by the end of the following week, which was the 6th of February 2015. Later on, considering that I did not receive any money nor a phone call from the dealer, I began the process of filing a claim.Desired Settlement: I only want what is owed to me, which is the amount of $1025.
