I just bought my second Yukon from the CAR GUYS. They are professional and honest. Their customer service is great! They gave me all the information I needed to know about the vehicles I was interested in. That way it was easy to make my decision. I got my new Yukon in a timely manner. Love it! I would never go anywhere else.

We have been a member of the Revdex.com for years and we usually can resolve most complaints with just a phone call This particular sale was one that was an out of state sale, meaning the car was sold to a customer in rhode Island Any vehicle we sell by law has to pass a Mass inspection within & days of leaving my lot, at the time of delivery this vehicle had already been through our repair shop and my ASE certified mechanics gave me the ok to deliver it I did get a call from the customer in the coming weeks about an issue he was having, I immediatly offer them free repair at my repair facility but they have to get the vehicle to us, he wanted to have a local mechanic in his area look at it which was completely up to himUpon the first shop working on his car it seemed they didnt fix anything, it sounded like they made it worse, after I spoke with the customer I again offered to have my shop fix whatever it needed at no charge but If he didnt want to do that, all I could suggest would be get an estimate at a [redacted] dealer so he would know what was going on After a week or so the customer called me after he got an estimate at [redacted] explaining what needed to be fixed and again I offered to fix it at my shop at no cost to him He decided to have it fixed at [redacted] instead of having his [redacted] plus tow it to my shopMy goal has always been to have happy customers but I have never gave authorization for any outside shops to fix my vehicles This vehicle would have passed a Mass Inspection within days of it leaving and I would have fixed whatever the car needed to make the customer happy, but Im not able to pay for repairs I did not authorize Thanks *** [redacted]

After years and almost vehicles later we will continue to keep the same policies that we have always have had, that being said the only way we will pay for outside shops to work on our cars is with a prior approval from us We never turn away any customers from getting any work from our repair shop that will able them to pass a mass inspection We always make sure all vehicles we sell are safe and will pass a mass inpsection and we offer extended warranties on most of our vehicles as well

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***My Rhode Island registration was pending cancellation due to the vehicle being unable to pass inspection within a week of *** telling me to tow the car all the way back to himHad the situation not been so time sensitive I may have returned the car for repairs, however anyone can see for themselves the horror story reviews regarding returning a purchased car to The Car Guys Inc for "warranty" repairs(Just check google reviews). The Car Guys Inc or *** ** ***, gave no mention of the emailed receipts they so adamantly requested regarding my *** repairsOr the fact that they STILL have not responded or reached out to me directly to even tell me they would not pay for the repairsThat is the very arrogance and lack of customer service that I was referring to in my original complaintThe facts is I have been able to use this car for a total of weeks since I bought it over months agoI bought the car for 5K cash and have spent dollars repairing it, and I was informed last week that despite the previous steering repairs the entire steering rack needs replacementAll things considered I was very upfront and honest with *** and The Car Guys Inc, had he simply returned my call and had the courage/decency to tell me there was nothing he could do, I would have likely unhappily accepted the situation without incidentHowever, the disregard for honesty and customer service is what has prompted me to be forceful in exposing/describing this shady business. I still am requesting payment of the receipts I sent in February! I do not accept this The Car Guys Inc day later response as anything legitimate and I FULLY understand that it was only crafted as a last minute attempted to save face with the Revdex.com. The Car Guys Inc should not be accredited at all with the Revdex.com and their "so called" A+ rating is extremely precariousBuyer beware!

It’s fairly simpleIf that was the policy then you should have communicated it to your customer (me in this case) Why would you as a company have the owner (***) request the car repair receipts, have them sent to you, then claim to have requested payment from some warranty company and tell me you will get back to me ASAP with an answer, only to never call or take my calls ever again regarding this matterThe above actions enter the realm of fraudAre you claiming *** never requested and or received such invoices? Or that *** never had this conversation with myself regarding the “detailed” email he sent the warranty company about possibly covering the costs; and how he would get back to me as soon as he heard from them? Or that you never gave me a direct one on one answer either way or taken my calls since? Honest answers to these question for everyone to see please

we give all customers a 30 day 1250 miles warranty on all vehicles reguardless or year or miles   we have a full service repair facility that any customer is welcome to come by anytime with any issues that they may have with there vehicle   My [redacted] is more than welcome to stop by the...

shop anytime to get a free diagnosis and hopefully get it resolved   we are available monday through sat
