Awesome customer service. We were visiting family for out of province and needed our vehicle looked at for a few issues. Ashley did what needed to be done and did not charge us like crazy for doing it. He had come highly recommended by family and we were not disappointed.

Terrible terrible customer service, had front end work on our truck done. Axel issues seals, breaks and rotors. 1700 dollars worth. Paid in full picked up truck drove one mile home. Went to go to work the next evening got to the highway, hit 100kms and front drivers tire flew off and truck went out of control to side of road. Contacted Ashley to make him aware of what happened he didn't offer to refund any money didn't offer to provide a courtesy vehicle unless we agreed to not involve MPI and allow him to do repairs. We explained that we are not comfortable having him do anymore work on the vehicle as we almost died and we want this handled safely and properly for us so we are protected in all ways. Asked if he could at least cover the rental costs until we get a courtesy car from other repair shop as a show of good will and as an apology, he flat out refused! *** Complete lack of customer service and integrity. Would never recommend. If a mechanic cannot secure a tire properly, something very very basic then I cannot trust that he would do any serious work safely.
