We received the email from Mr [redacted] regarding the violation he had received on 11/28/Mr [redacted] had also left us a message Saturday evening 11/28/Shortly after opening the office on Monday morning , we had returned Mr [redacted] call and explained to him why he had received the ticketWe reviewed the photos with him and explained how the parking lot was marked for parking spotsSince this was his first ticket and clearing up the confusion, we voided the ticketHe was extremely happy, appreciating the fact we took the time to talk to him clearing up the confusion and told him he would be removing his complaint submitted to the Revdex.com and he appreciatedAfter the conversations, we sent him an email verifying the violation had been voided

I sent them a letter and the cititation with a payment of $which with the $already paid totals $for the daily fee.I still feel your parking violation is unreasonable and unprofessionalThe Car company should revise there policy for additional fees to be an additonal hour or two or a day fee of $15 not $or $

As a one time courtesy we will void out the violation. All future violations you receive on our managed properties will stand. We have signs posted indicating the rules and regulations of the properties we manage. We also post or phone number on them too. If you have questions or concerns over the rules of the property feel free to reach out to us at 208-336-6597 and we'll be more than happy to walk you through the process prior to parking.
