Customer contacted Revdex.com and indicated the business never mentioned a trip charge and said he'd be out the following weekShe didn't hear anything and he didn't return her calls She doesn't think it will take a crew, person to take down and replace a ft strip of siding If there is a trip charge, what is it so she can make a determination if she is willing to pay that Call her and tell her the cost
Ms *** contacted me to do a repair on her siding I did not have the siding in stock It took 3-weeks to get the siding I told Ms*** it would be $to do this repair if I could complete it when I had a crew in the area If she did not want to wait there
would be a trip charge She stated she did not want to pay a trip charge We have not been to South Lebanon to do another job since her siding was delivered I can't send a crew to South Lebanon for $40.00.I would like to resolve this as I feel I wasn't charging her full price for this repair and now she is complaining.Rob E***T & R Siding, Inc.###-###-####
Revdex.com:After reading the response from Rob at T & R Siding, I'm a bit confused Never once did he mention a "trip charge" to me in the few phone conversations that we had In one conversation, he told me that he was sending a crew to our area the following week and he would have someone at our home by Wednesday of that week to take care of the repair No one ever showed up and in trying to contact him we were only able to leave messages on his phone, to which he never responded I understand that at this point it's a matter of his word vsmy word but if Rob is serious about wanting to resolve this and provide good service, I would think he would at least return my calls and try to work something out, unless he isn't really interested in such a small project for $ I don't know what the "trip charge" is, and I would imagine that this is a small enough project that it would require person, not a crew, but I'm happy to hear from him and try to get this taken care of As I mentioned in my original contact with you, I even told Rob in a message that if he didn't at least let me know that he didn't want to do the project so I could move on to find someone who would do it, I would contact the Revdex.com and even that didn't get a response So, please know that I have been patient and am not just simply criticizing or complaining.Regards,*** ***
