I WOULD'NT recomend this dealership to anyoneJOEL will say anything to sell a carSold me a bmw xPromised full tank of gas, promise to fix my sun shade cover nothing was delivered On his website clearly states this bmw has tons of transferable warrantyThen he tells me "oh sorry the warranty expired"So I purchase years warranty from them for 3400$I knew something was fishySo called bmw canadaBmw said my vehicle is cover till I been chasing them around for a refund on my warranty and still nothing yet its been a couple of weeksThen he tells me he'll fix my sun shade cover in the backJust come back next week and he will fix itDoesnt fix itHe said he called bmw and they said its under warrantyI take the car to autowest bmw and langley then said its not covered because my warranty doesnt cover trimI tell him this and he ignores meTells me he'll get it fix for meThat he has a guy that can fix itHe gives me ** excuses like"My guy is on vacation" or he's busy! Our conversation got no where he kept beating around the bushFinally he ask me how much does it cost to fix the shade coveri told him bmw quoted 850$He stops texting or pick up my phone callsI ended up getting it fixed by myselfDon't make ** promises if you can't keep it! Buyers beware***I have no idea who is writing ** good reviews about this placeWorst car experienceHad to CHASE this JOEL guy around like a kid in a play groundVery unprofessional doesnt have a clue whats going on with the cars he's selling
