After reviewing the customers account, I found the reason a refund was not due was because she had used both visits, one on 6/13/13 and the other on 4/5/14. I spoke to the customers daughter in law, [redacted], on 11/13/14 and explain the circumstances to her and why there...
wasn't a refund due. She understood and agreed that there may have been some misunderstanding. I agreed to refund the requested $69 to satisfy the customer. [redacted]
