The Car Store Reviews (%countItem)

He is very unprofessional and he is a liar and I have recorded conversations we had
I purchased a vehicle August 24th 2018 and was told that he was going to fix my AC and the following day my check engine light came on and he agreed that he was going to fix that corresponding through phone and email I also have witnesses that he agreed to fix the problem and he kept my car for a week and only halfway fix the air condition never fixing the check engine issue and made him aware that the car was singing like it was the transmission issue so it's getting worse..

Desired Outcome

If he's not going to fix what he promised then I want a refund and I do not want this car going on my credit cuz from day one it's been a problem

Let's the get the story corrected. First the customer came into the dealership and drove the vehicle. When she took the vehicle on a test drive she bought it back and said the AC was blowing hot. I said we can do One or Two things. One we can keep the car here and get it fixed or two you can take it with your since you just had a baby was not feeling well and setup an appointment and bring it back to get fixed. As you know customers do what they want and how they want. She called me on the phone and stated she was about to get it fixed on her own, but now the engine light is on. I told her to go to *** and have them pull the code and let me know what they say. Ms. then called me and said stated she wants to bring the car by to get it checked out. I told her to setup something with me so I can make sure my guy here is free to work on her vehicle, but no she drops it off on Thursday excepting it to be done that day. I told her call me first so we can order parts for the car so everything will be here when the car arrives. So that the week she's speaking about was actually on 2 business working days. The vehicle has been repaired to my knowledge only Revdex.com is when you find out the customer have other issues with the vehicle. Do to her condition when she came in the dealership I told her we will fix the car before she takes it and she said no I'll just bring it back because I have to get back to hospital and I will not have another way to come back here because her best friend drove her to *** from ***. At this point I don't know whats wrong with vehicle because people decide to go to Revdex.com to correct their issues instead of calling the dealership. We fixed the AC and she drove off with the car and haven't heard from her until this email popped up. So if she's have other issues after the AC we have no knowledge of this.

First and foremost yes the AC was fixed somewhat, but the check engine light never was tataken care of. In the very beginning there maymay have been some miscommunications as far as the car being brought back to be fixed, but lets be very clear, when the car was in possession air was supposed to be fixed & the check engine light which you had it for a whole week and then fix nothing but the air halfway

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
are you going to fix my car or not I'm not going to keep on going back and forth with you yes and I had to text you about my tag when clearly the dealer always call soon as someone's tag come in but no not you, and my tag was due to expire on that day that I reached out to you once again I can show the text you just unprofessional!!!! And when I came you knew I had a issue so why are you confused??????????????????? You have the business be a man of your word!!!! How can I accept a proposal I'm never offered one!!!!!

The Car Store Response • Oct 02, 2018

The customer just came to the lot and picked up her tag and never discussed anything about her car. Once again she said we have a communication problem, but she texted me about her tag and I told her it was here and she came down to the dealership picked it up and walked out never discussed anything about this situation. So at this point I'm confused. For someone who wanted to get her car fixed sure spend a lot time telling the Revdex.com what we aren't doing sure is a far cry from what is actually being done.
