I purchased a 2015 high country, after 4 days of having it, I took it to the car wash barn to wash some dust off. It got damaged and the manager refused to fix the problem. Stating it was not their problem, and would not be fixing it.

be Manager and the issue as I explained was not addressed. What I explained on my complaint look like a resolved issue? The YOUNG LADY MANAGER opened the gate for me to leave the property without fixing the issue. The statement provided by Business is neither accurate not true.

We ask that you bring a copy of your receipt and allow for 20-25 minutes for us to perform the service to address the residue and get your car reset.
This time of year can prove particularly challenging for keeping a clean car as weather conditions and the changing seasons can bring out all sorts of particulates that settle into your vehicle's surface. I logged in and can't find a reply to the complaint. My issue has been resolve with the area manager contacting myself and the apology as well as services to detail two vehicles as I have already had the truck fixed.

This customer did not visit The Car Wash Barn. His report clearly states "Lasser Car Wash". Please re-direct.
