Second time I've lost money in the machine and got no car wash!

Review: I have tried going to the business and calling several times to ask about a refund. On Friday 10/09/2015 my husband used the automated drive through car wash and was charged twice in the amount of $11.00. I would like one of my charges back. The Car Wash[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my $11.00 back. They automated machine does not give you receipts. All I have for proof is that my bank statement was charged back to back.
