Thank you for providing Caritas Corporations response to meEverything I stated in my complaint was true and correct, I have kept notes from the beginningServPro did not begin cleof the sewage spill under my home until full days later, a clear violation of California State Law regarding toxic spillsI asked ServPro to send me a copy of their billIt was dated 6/20/for all of the work, I thought this strange since on that day their employee only came to look at the situation, telling me it could "wait until Monday", two full days laterIt appears someone was trying to date the bill so that it looked as though the clewas done on the day the spill happenedI have witnesses to this factIn August, I called ServPro after finding mold growing from my foundation vents, then contacted Caritas CorporationFrom then on, it was an uphill struggle to try to get someone to my home to test for mold, a plumber to examine the sewer pipe to complete what was their full responsibility as owners of this parkI have well documented the entire incident, nearly months of e-mails showing this struggleIt wasn't until October and November that mold remediation companies (both questionable considering their ratings) were called out by Caritas Corporation to examine the situationIt was clear mold was in fact presentThe person at Caritas Corporation I was dealing with was *** ***, who obviously was trying to shirk responsibilityHe kept trying to look for a problem that didn't exist--one that he could blame on meWhen I responded to his e-mail of December 2015, after enlisting my own contractor, he never respondedAt no time did I ever act in a way that would hamper their remediation, in fact, the evidence of my correspondence shows how I have asked for the proper things to be done (inspections for mold and sewer pipe)However, from the manager ***, property manager, ***, to her boss ***, and *** ***, it is clear from the months of struggling to get the proper work on my home they were attempting to shirk their legal responsibilityI always have conducted myself in a professional manner, but I cannot say any of these people did the same.
It was only after I began contacting the Revdex.com, State MH ***, Assemblyman ***, Catholic Charities (which Caritas is loosely under) and contacted *** ***, CEO that I received any degree of helpful responseI have been corresponding with Mr*** via e-mail regarding my efforts to coordinate the work being done, it seemed that was the only way to finally remedy this probemI have enlisted a local contractor I trust, he in turn found the plumbers and I found a reputable mold remediation companyTherefore, this shows the hard work I have done on this end to take care of what is still not a fully resolved issueMr*** has said he will pay for the work to be done, for my hotel room and meals while having to be out of my home for hours during mold remediation.
The inspection done recently by a contractor and two plumbers proved, once and for all, I have no responsibilityThey found I had no leaky pipes contributing to any p***lem under my home and they corrected the slant of the sewer pipe, which was incorrect (detected in the reports) which is owned by Caritas CorporationA mold remediation company will be coming to my home on Wednesday, the 17th, to finally take care of the mold that began growing after the sewage spillAnother moisture issue, possibly from improper street drainage with heavy rains, the contractor and plumbers found, is in the process of being corrected to assist with the mold remediation.
Caritas Corporation will be presented with my medical expenses once I receive the documentationI have contacted the hospital and attending doctor, they are in the process of sending me copies of expenses for my ER visit and follvisits due to exposure to the sewage waterMr*** has assured me in his recent e-mails he intends to solve the p***lems and be "generous" in compensating meI'm sure once he understood the truth of what took place, instead of the versions his employees told, it was clear what must be done to rectify this ongoing health and safety situation.
I will be in touch with the Revdex.com to give my final statements regarding the work that is scheduled now to be completedAt that time, I hope to report my home is restoredSincerely,

Dear [redacted],I am responding to your letter of January 21, 2016 to The Caritas Corporation. Our resident's complaint is correctly stated that the issue is a repair issue. first place. What is not correctly related in our resident's narrative of the incident, are our attempts at an immediate and critical response only to be met with obstinacy by our resident. In addition, there is a critical issue over repairs to our resident's mobile home, that are the responsibility of the mobile home owner, that were not caused by the incident in the first place but are aggravating and confusing the remediation of the issue that was our responsibility. Caritas has indeed effected remediation to the issue at hand. It has had three (3) studies done on the remediation necessary to solve the issue at hand, and the fact is that the issue has been remediated, but none of these actions have been satisfactory to our resident. Currently, I am in direct dialogue with our resident and I have undertaken our resident's desired settlement items #1, 2, 3 and 5 regardless of whether by fact it is our resident's responsibility or Caritas' responsibility. I have not been presented with any medical expenses for reimbursement.Very truly yours,[redacted] CPAChief Executive Officer The Caritas Corporation
