I have a complete detail of the timeframe and daily activities of this job the day Started to the day I removed Myself from a hostile situation.This client was constantly changing their mind throughout the project which made it very difficult to stick to the detais within the original contract.There
were extra charges for all these changes which the client refused to pay for (i.e.They said they would purchase all fixtures through me because I told them they could save 20% on their cost.they had forgot to pick up items (the tile,grout,tub waste/overflow so it added to the time and forced me to grab these items at my own expense to keep the job moving forward.I asked them to provide paint for the room and wrote in the contract they needed a gallon and if colors gallons)I was provided quarts on the day my painter was scheduled and he was forced to use that for first coat,I explained it needed gallons they said they would pick it up that evening.My painter returned the next day to more pints which barely covered the first coat never mind the finish coat.The complaints began in between first and second coat which would never had happened if they provided the right material.When I asked for money for the extra work I had done above and beyond original pricing and had already completed I was told I wasn't getting that money or the money for the material they were suppose to supply that I had supplied.Each complaint the so called chip in the tub and chip in the shower walls where both ordered and in the mail ready to be taken care of per industry standards I have proof of texts and emails that this client is both unreason able and unable to satisfy.I had days of work left there and over $3,owed to me I suggested re-writing the end of the agreement and they refused any of my attempts to remedy the situation.The fact that they where without heat is a blatant lie and the things they have said about my character borders on defamation lawyers where involved and when they knew they were in the wrong they backed off.I have the best rating in categories from angies list the last years running.This client has been all over the internet trying to ruin my livelihood at no chance of doing so my name is everything and I have over clients that have loved my work and would be willing to write reviews stating that fact.As far as stealing, the client offered his basement if there was anything we could use we were welcome to it.My plasterer used a 10"x10" piece of drywall of an already cut sheet in the clients basement.Near the end of the job he said this bothered him because he didn't ask.I then bought delivered and left a full piece of brand new drywall for him and took the old piece off site to make up for this complaint please contact me with any questions *** *** ***
