My experience with DrBrown was a total fail I had been having a lot of problems and was referred to his office My first appointment with him, he barely even looked up from his laptop He wanted an endoscopy and gave me the option for a colonoscopy as well and I said to just in case and to get it over with while I was under I really didn't feel comfortable but assumed he's the expert
My procedure wasn't able to be done for a month and a half of incredible pain with nothing to help me The procedure went fine and we learned a few things but there were some concerns so we had to do more tests, which came back fine
I got one last call to tell me that the tests were fine and that was the end of it Not even a response to call them if I don't feel better in such and such a time Not a recommendation of a specific diet or trying to remove certain foods We know there's something abbut they don't care to figure it out You know, the whole reason I went there in the first place so I am basically back at square and having to start with another specialist

I have been very satisfied with the doctors my husband and I have seen at this facility My complaint has to do with return phone calls when I or my husband have called them My husband has made several calls to them with questions (always have to leave a voicemail) He rarely got return calls, usually requiring him to call numerous times until someone FINALLY called him back...if at all His colonoscopy required a biopsy and it took us a couple of weeks and numerous phone calls (always having to leave voicemails) to get the results of the biopsy I called twice and left a message with a question I had and NEVER got a return phone call I also called twice to get test results for myself and have yet to get a call back This is unacceptable for a patient who is suffering pain and discomfort or concern about test results
