My wife and I are in the process of showing and selling our home when our beloved dog tore a section of our carpet up. In a panic, I called Carpet Shoppe because the reviews online said they were reasonable to work with. They were very friendly on the phone and listened to my situation, gave me a rough estimate but told me I would have to wait until the "estimate guy" could come out and give me an exact number. I explained to them that we are showing our home on almost a daily basis and needed this fixed ASAP. They assured me he would call me as quickly as he could and that they understood and would try to help. No one called me by the end of the day and I waited until after noon the following day to check back with them.
Come to find out, no one had written my information down, no one had any idea who I was or what my issue was and I had to reschedule a call from the "estimate guy" all over again. They also tried to tell me that he makes his own schedule so they had no idea when he would contact me but again assured me that it would be by the end of the day. I am now 24 hours past that second call and still have not received a call about my repair job. Super unprofessional in how my job was handled and I will take my business else where. I also will not be recommending them to anyone for business and will be posting this review on as many sites they are affiliated with as possible.
