The Carpet Shops

The Carpet Shops did a great job installing my kitchen floor recently. The previous floor developed problems and the Carpet Shops agreed to replace the floor even though the warranty had expired. They have super service and I highly would recommend them!

The Carpet Shop did an amazing job with all of my flooring needs. After the new carpets were put down I received a follow up call to make sure everything was to my liking. I was very impressed with how everything was done and will use the Carpet Shop again for any future needs. The floors look wonderful!!!

My experience with The Carpet Shop was awesome, from start to finish. I recently replaced carpet with laminate and tile. Whatever dilemma I had,[redacted] response was, "you tell me [redacted] We'll do whatever you want to do. Just tell us what you need." That's customer service at its' best. I cannot say enough about the installers, [redacted] They were professional and good at what they do. Not only was their work excellent, they were so accommodating to my needs and believe me, I asked a lot of them. In addition, those great guys brought me a biscuit every day! I highly recommend the entire staff at The Carpet Shop. I felt like I got a great job and made some great friends along the way.

We bought carpet from the Carpet Shops in December 2014 and it was a wonderful experience. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and did not try any pressure sales. She gave good information about the carpets that we were interested in and everything seemed reasonably priced. They were able to install shortly after we picked out the carpet and the installer, recommended by The Carpet Shops, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a slight issue with a transition between the carpet and hardwood floors and the installer returned to check it out and made suggestions. It has been fine ever since. Overall experience was very positive and I would use them again.

The Carpet Shops of Roanoke, VA is simply the best! Friendly, appreciative, genuine, sincere, pays attention to detail, willing to work with you, offers important suggestions are just a few words to express their customer service levels. But they go beyond that with follow up and reassuance. These qualities coupled with a friendly staff and an inviting showroom is a recipe for success. Repeated business is a strong component as I am in that category) because customers matter and the Carpet Shops projects that every day in everything they do. I cannot express my appreciation enough for all that the Carpet Shops has done for me.

Review: I purchased a kitchen floor ([redacted] vinyl flooring) with new sub flooring. The vinyl flooring is coming loose and leaving long ridges or puckers throughout the kitchen. I have contacted the [redacted] office two times and they have promised to send someone to look at the problem. No one has called or come out.Desired Settlement: I would like the floor either repaired, replaced, or a refund.
