I have been out to Mrs*** home no less than timesShe selected a special type of gutter coverI special ordered itWe installed itSeveral months later she calls and says she's having a problem in one areaI told her I could change it out to another type and she said greatI
changed it out and she really liked itThen she says she wanted me to change it all out to that styleI said, o.kI never charged her for the new materials or the laborShe was happy for a while Then she calls and says her gutters are all clogged up.It wasn't the gutters that were clogged it was that Mrs *** has alot of trees hovering over her houseWe sent a service tech out about different times to clean off her gutter coversWe offer a lifetime labor guarantee on our guttersFinally I told Mrs *** we would no longer come out to clean off her gutter coversShe said, I thought you had a lifetime labor guaranteeI said I do,however there is nothing wrong with your guttersYou need to have your trees trimmed backYour gutters are working perfectlyI told her she should find a handyman to come in once and a while to clean off her gutter covers. Regards,The gutters work fine IF the water can get to them, otherwise the water gushes over them because of pine tree needles and cedar tree debrisRevdex.com-please post a warning to consumers that the debris does not dry up and blow away from the top of screens as advertised by the company Constant removal of debris from the top of screens is necessary
