Because she is a liarAlso my wedding party did not stop the music, she didOnce again there are multiple witnesses to thisShe handled herself very unprofessionallyShe believed it was okay to handle children roughly because she is the owner, this is wrongShe also spoke to my guests badly about the children (mine included) My boss caught her telling my daughter she couldn't stand in line for food also, as she missed her table being called, this is also unacceptable behaviorShe should be embarrassed of herself for the way she treats childrenAlso clearly her staff cannot be trusted because the woman helping got sick humor out of the ordealThey both laughed as if this whole thing is funnySickening Regards, [redacted]

Mt staff and I strongly stand by our original response to this matterI wrote the truth as to what transpired that evening

The reception for [redacted] was at our location on 10-1-from 6:30pm to 10:30pmThere were multiple children at this event and that is not uncommon on our line of workWe are well aware that children can be high energy and this has never been an issue for us in 12+ years we have been doing this This group of guests had apprx 5-children that had been running around all evening on a raised platform where the head table for the reception was located, under the tables were hot serving dishes, knives and heat lamps were kept and up and down the halls where the bathroom doors are constantly opening into the hallwayThis caused me and my staff concern as all of those places are very dangerous for the kids to be running and playingI had asked the children on multiple occasions throughout the evening to please run and play on the dance floor where it was safe for them to do soAt appx 10:15pm( minutes before the end of the scheduled time) [redacted] and the bridal party were on the dance floor and having a great time and the children were again on the raised platform pulling on the drapes and runningI saw one of the girls running towards the edge so I held out my arm to prevent her from falling and I did ask her to go play on the dance floor and not the platformI didn't want to bother her [redacted] with this in the last minutes of her receptionThe dance music was still very loud and so I did speak loudly and pointed to show her where the dance floor wasI never grabbed or dragged a child anywhere and we did not witness any children crying at any time and my staff can attest to thatOne of [redacted] 's family members asked the DJ to stop playing the music around 10:20pm minutes prior to the end of the event [redacted] received the complete services she contracted with us to provide and therefore no refund is due to her for any reasonThese accusations in the complaint from [redacted] are hurtful and and my staff can attest to that as wellPlease feel free to contact me if you need any additional information

This was an untruthful response. There are multiple witnesses to her atrocious behavior. [redacted] put her hands on MULTIPLE children yelling at them as well.
