Review: I've been in my current home for, in august made 2 years. I've been complaining about the shed that kept leaking every time it rained. After a year, they tore down the big shed and built a little one so that I can only put a washer and dryer in. They didn't build it off the ground. After they finished building it, every time it rains, water gets into the shed from the bottom. After 2 months of complaining about the issue, they finally sent someone out to look at it and they only put a piece of tar paper on the top the rain can roll off and said that's all they could do. The painted house on their own account, but when I mentioned about the shed, HE would say "we could've raised your rent because we got it painted. Got it looking all pretty". They're trying to sale the property. The recent incident happened this morning. Entergy came out about changing the gas lines, after making countless of calls, I finally got someone on the phone. He didn't want to talk, he wanted me to leave a message. I asked why because the people were in front of the property. he finally came to the phone and he talked to the guy and he told the man "I have another call" and hung up in the man face. I went down there and I had to wait 10 minutes to see him. When he did came out his office, he said "what? what can I do for you? What you want"? As a tenant, paying rent, I shouldn't be talked to like that. I told him that he was very unprofessional and I won't be paying him until the situation is handled. Those people were outside of my home ready to work, but because no one gave him notice about moving the gas line, he wouldn't let them. The floors are beginning to come up in this house and the shed is still leaking. They're not fixing the issues. This has been 2 years too long. They don't give you a letter stating that you make a complain about something being wrong. They keep everything for their records but the tenants doesn't get anything for out records.Desired Settlement: I just want the issues handled in a professional manner whether than letting them be prolonged and another issue occur or it becomes bigger.
