The Cary News

I would like The Cary News to stop delivering the newspaper to my home. I never requested the subscription. I believe the previous residents did.I have called The Cary News several times and asked them to stop delivering the newspaper to my address and each time they have said they would no longer deliver and yet I continue to receive the newspaper. Desired SettlementStop delivering any newspaper from The News and Observer to my driveway, mailbox or home area. Address is [redacted]. They will not find my name in the system as I did not subscribe to the newspaper. They can only find the subscription by looking up the address.

Cary News has failed to stop delivering their paper to my house despite repeated requests.I have called the Cary News Customer Service number at least 4 time asking that the Cary News no longer be delivered to my house. I was told each time by their customer service reps that the issue would be taken care of but I still keep receiving the newspaper which subsequently gets picked up and thrown in the recycling bin. This is waste of paper and money. I've also sent an email and tried to call their Circulation Director listed on their website and have not received any response. Additionally, my neighbors also have the same frustration as many of them have tried to stop delivery to their household.Desired SettlementI want the Cary News to follow through with their thus far broken promises to stop delivery of this paper to my house. I also want a process that my neighbors can utilize for the same request since clearly calling customer service has resulted in no action.

Stop delivering the newspaper!For years I've been trying to stop the delivery of Cary News in my driveway. I chase them for months and then it finally stops. Then a year later, they start delivering it again.They are littering on my property. I will report this as a littering issue if I get no traction with this complaint.
