The Cassidy at Western Hills

We gave notice of moving out 30 days before we left.
We never received any word of a collections going against my credit... until buying a home and it was discovered.
The final account statement had charges us 1000 dollars for no notice and several other charges for normal wear and tear. And a carpet estimate

My friend came over and visited me with her children and brought her dog which I didn’t have a problem since everyone I see have pitbull and aggressive dogs and her dog is a gaurd dog but anyway her son took the dog out for a walk and came back and attack a cat while I doing laundry which I didn’t know it happened so the leasing agent came and told me that I would get a warning a don’t worry bout nothing just get the dog out there so the next I get a notice on my door say I violate the lease I brought an aggressive dog into my house and neighbors records the incident and they told me that they were moving and give the new owner the video and note says from office you must pay $250 or face eviction notice 3days so when I looked at my lease it says any unauthorized animals pay $100 I asked her why I can charge what I want for that then I didn’t get an itemized list for the chargers when I asked so I was wondering why did I get charged for 150 extra no explanation for it now they was trying to get me to renew my car with gas got stolen full tank sister boyfriend car gotten stolen sister car got broken into my apartment almost got broken into while I was there and told me nothing can do security was no where to be found and I’m hearing gunshots outside every other day owner is horrible to boogie and I don’t see where my money goes and maintainece Hardly ever do there job I have to clean up after them when they come in and do some work and They constantly tell me they will clean up

I moved it to the Emerald Hills Apartments three years ago and I loved it. On or about October 6, 2018 I wanted to the office and spoke with *** The *** I explain to him that I was buying my house and I asked her what did I need to do to move out she explained to me that that that I have been there longer than nine months that All I had to do was write out a 30 day notice and pay the rent for November 2018 she went on to say if they have the apartment rented out to someone else by the 15th of November VM I would receive the remaining balance of November as well as my deposit I agree and pay the rent for November 2018 *** told me to contact her in a month about my deposit I called a couple days before Christmas I was told that *** was on vacation I called back in January 2019 And I spoke with *** and she told me that she was going to call the lady that handles the deposit and that she will get back with me I never received a phone call back from ***. About two weeks later I received a phone call from a collection agency stating that I owe $467 I believe I don’t remember the exact number I immediately call *** And when she got on the phone she immediately transferred me to the *** I explain to *** the *** my concerns and I also explained to her what *** told me her response to me was *** had been working here for almost 20 years And that she would never tell me anything like that I did ask *** can we get it *** on the phone with us to clear this up *** told me no because *** was busy. On January 16, 2019 I showed up at Emerald Hills Apartments to speak with ***. *** told me that she was going to call the guy that handles the collections and she was going to give me a call back the next day which would have been January 17, 2019 10 days later I have yet to receive a call from *** I’ve called the office multiple times at all I’m getting is the runaround they take my number and say *** will call you back but I never get a call. At this point I don’t care about the deposit all I want Is for this to be taken off my credit because if *** would have said that I was going to be charge a blueberry crea is for this to be taken off my credit because if *** would have said that I was going to be charged a reletting few I would have never moved .
