Review: On October *, 2015, I placed an on-line order for The Cat Caller Multi-Pet Pack ($59.95). In addition, I also ordered an additional remote at 50% ($9.99). Total bill charged was $79.93 with $9.99 shipping and handling. I received my order minus the additional remote. On October [redacted], I sent an email to "[redacted]" indicating that I had only received a partial shipment of my "order [redacted]" stating that the extra remote was not included. On October [redacted], I send another email to follow-up. On 11/*, I phoned the Los Angeles phone number ###-###-#### listed on the web site and indicated that I have not heard back from the New York office regarding a problem with my order. I also used The Cat Caller website contact us form to inquire about the missing remote, unfortunately, I don't remember the date on that correspondence. The answering machine message for the phone number for the New York office (###-###-####) does not indicate that it is for "The Cat Caller", as I had tried to phone that number but was hesitant about leaving a message as no identifying info about The Cat Caller was indicated. I have received no additional remote or correspondence from anyone. I am just trying to receive the additional remote that I paid for. If no remote is to be sent then, I would like my [redacted] credited back the $9.99 charge.Desired Settlement: If no remote is to be sent then, I would like my [redacted] credited back the $9.99 charge.
